Attention Canyon Customer Service Pros!

Canyon CSR home business If you are Canyon customer service pro, you will do great with a Xocai XoBiotic Squares business. Let me explain.

Some Canyon entrepreneurs who consider starting a Xocai XoBiotic Squares home business without prior business experience wonder if they can be successful.

I tell them that it is helpful to understand some basic business principles. One key principle is Focusing on the Customer Customer service specialists know exactly what this means.

Why do some online business owners in Canyon fail? They take their eye off the customer. Successful Canyon small business owners never lose sight of who keeps them in business.

It is an easy trap to fall into. Most first-time Canyon entrepreneurs start the whole process by putting all their energy and resources into the product. If they never shift that to the customer, their home business never gets to the next level. This is understandable; it is the owner’s passion for the product that spurred the creation of the home business in the first place.

It doesn’t matter if you are selling the most wonderful product in the world, if it doesn’t satisfy your Canyon customer, your business will fold.

With a network marketing business like the Xocai XoBiotic Squares opportunity, we have eliminated this problem because the product is all taken care of. The research and development, testing, manufacturing, and delivery system for Xocai XoBiotic Squares is in place. Xocai XoBiotic Squares brand awareness is growing in Canyon and throughout the world as it receives enthusiastic MLM reviews and favorable media attention.

To make a Xocai XoBiotic Squares business grow, a customer service rep/entrepreneur can do what they do best: single-mindedly focus on the customers.

Canyon veteran customer service reps: leave your cubicle, headset, and hourly wage behind and start collecting checks from your own customers. Call me today to sign up!

Less Meat, More Plants For Healthier Canyon Kids

Less Meat, More Plants For Healthier Canyon Kids The meat-heavy Standard American Diet (SAD) is, well, sad. Canyon diets high in meat and low in plants are the reason we have higher rates of heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. If you have been eating the SAD diet for the past 30 years, you probably ought to get your cholesterol checked.

How can we help our Canyon kids eat more live foods? One of the best ways is to grow them yourself.

You can plant a garden in a yard, in containers on a deck or patio, or even in pots indoors. I have seen each of these types of gardens in my Canyon neighborhood.

Your garden can be pesticide and hormone free. Your kids will have fun planting, weeding, and harvesting their own ‘crops’. Our children don’t need to grow up believing that carrots and spinach come from the produce section at their nearest Canyon grocery store.

My family is trying to eat less meat and more plant-based foods. I also sell a fantastic antioxidant plant-based product. For more information on my kids favorite health food, call me today at 801.437.5984.

How To Cite Sources On Your Alameda Home Business Blog

How To Cite Sources On Your Alameda Home Business Blog I mentor several Alameda entrepreneurs who have online home business blogs. Some of these home business owners are new to the online marketplace and are learning the principles of small business blogging. Today’s Alameda article explains how to cite third-party information in your home business blog.

Generally, it is permissible to include third-party information as long as you include a source reference. For example, if I wanted to include an excerpt from an article about a Xocai XoBiotic Squares research study, I would cite the name of the article, the journal, the author, and the date. If I accessed it from a website, I would include that also.

Here is an example from webmd.com. The article: ‘Dark Chocolate Takes a Bite Out of Stress’ by Jennifer Warner is about a study conducted at the Nestle Research Center in Lausanne Switzerland. At the end of the article, the following paragraph is included: ‘The study appears in the Journal of Proteome Research and was conducted by researchers at the Nestle Research Center in Lausanne, Switzerland.’

Qualityhealth.com included an article by Tabby Biddle that also cites the Swiss study and several others. They cited their sources at the end of the article in the following format:

American Chemical Society. New evidence that dark chocolate helps ease emotional stress. ScienceDaily. http://www.sciencedaily.com  /releases/2009/11/091111123612.htm. Accessed Dec. 7, 2009.

If you want to include material that is licensed, follow the appropriate procedure to obtain permission outlined by the owners of the content. Then be sure to let your readers know that you have permission by saying: ‘Reprinted by permission of so-and-so.’ Alameda home business bloggers who reprint information without permission damage their credibility and run the risk of legal action.

I am Alameda entrepreneur coach Derrick Winkel. I own a Xocai XoBiotic Squares business based in my Alameda home. I advise new Alameda Xocai XoBiotic Squares home business owners on sales, marketing, and recruiting.

If you want to own your own Alameda online business but need some guidance to get started, give me a call at 801.437.5984. I will make sure your Alameda home business hits the ground running.

What is CRP And Why Is It Important For Alameda?

Orinda Health Chocolate Hi, I am Alameda Xocai blogger Derrick Winkel. Today’s post explores the link between CRP levels, inflammation and heart disease. What is CRP? CRP is a measure of C-reactive protein in the blood. You can get your CRP tested when you get your cholesterol measured. A high level of CRP tells you that inflammation is present in your body.

The health dangers of inflammation are well established. If your blood vessels are inflamed, you may be at risk for heart disease. A high CRP level can occur even if no other heart disease risk factors are present. The Mayo Clinic has an article on this if you want to read more.

What does this have to do with Xocai health chocolate?

Antioxidants lower CRP levels, thereby reducing inflammation. The main ingredient in Xocai healthy chocolate is cacao. Cacao is the #1 Antioxidant Food.

The National Institute of Aging conducted a study in 2004 which found a link between antioxidant supplements and lower CRP levels. According to the researchers: “taking an antioxidant supplement was associated with CRP levels similar to those seen in those who exercised 180 minutes/week or more and did not take supplements.

I am certainly not recommending that you stop exercising. I just wanted to point out that the NIA study showed just how effective antioxidant supplements are in reducing CRP levels even in people who do not exercise. Obviously, the best combination for heart health is antioxidant consumption coupled with regular exercise.

How do I get my antioxidants? Xocai healthy chocolate, of course! Of all the antioxidant-rich foods available in Orinda, Xocai dark chocolate is the most delicious and satisfying.

I share Xocai with people in Canyon, Alameda, and Albany. If you come to one of my Xocai reviews you can sample Xocai products while learning about chocolate health benefits. Call me anytime at 801.437.5984 to schedule a meeting.

I look forward to hearing from you.

-See ya

Eat Xocai Cookies for Your Health

The Alameda Xocai X Powerhouse Chocolate Chip Cookie is the kind of Orinda healthy chocolate cookie you would make yourself if you had the time. MXI Corps.’ Xocai cookie is a tasty blend of nutritious ingredients without the bad stuff found in the best-selling Albany cookies. Let’s compare:

Chips Ahoy

Canyon compare Chips Ahoy White Flour, semisweet chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate, dextrose, cocoa butter), soy lecithin, sugar, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, high fructose corn syrup, leavening, salt, whey, natural and artificial flavors, caramel color.

Oreo

Canyon compare Oreo Sugar, white flour, semisweet chocolate, high oleic canola oil and/or palm oil and/or canola oil, cocoa (processed with alkali), high fructose corn syrup, cornstarch, leavening, salt, soy lecithin, vanillin – an artificial flavor.

Xocai X Powerhouse Cookie

Canyon compare Xocai X Powerhouse Cookie Whole wheat flour, brown rice syrup, high-antioxidant blend (natural cocoa, acai and blueberry powders), brown sugar, glycerine, crystalline fructose, high oleic sunflower oil with tocopherol (to preserve freshness), water, dark chocolate drops (dehydrated cane juice, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, lecithin, vanilla) ,fiber blend (cellulose, soluble cocoa fiber, oat bran), plum juice concentrate, natural flavors, baking powder, molasses powder, lecithin, xanthan gum, monoglycerides with ascorbic and citric acids (antioxidants), Saigon cinnamon, ground nutmeg.

Alameda snack foods can be dangerous to your health. If you are like me, you pop cookies into your mouth without thinking and mindlessly eat chips while watching TV. Even one serving of conventional Alameda chocolate cookies or chips can contain more fat than a sensible meal. Keep X Powerhouse cookies on hand so you have something satisfying, nutritious, and delicious to grab when you need a quick snack. And don’t forget to put them in your kids’ lunch boxes. An X Powerhouse cookie may be the healthiest thing they eat all day. I love the xocai healthy chocolate!!

Magnificent Magnesium and Alameda

Alameda MLM Secrets Without sufficient levels of the mineral magnesium, Orinda people cannot perform at their best.

Your body stores magnesium in your bones, tissues and organs. Only 1 percent is found in your blood, but it is critical that the blood level remains constant. Magnesium plays a role in over 300 biochemical processes including blood pressure control, heart rhythm, muscle and nerve function, energy metabolism, protein synthesis, blood sugar regulation and cell growth and repair.

Clearly, magnesium is a vital mineral that must be consumed regularly. Alameda Xocai healthy chocolate products, made from cold-processed magnesium-rich cacao, can help Canyon people make sure they get enough of this miracle mineral.

Some Alameda people may require extra magnesium.
Many common medicines prescribed by Orinda doctors can cause a magnesium deficiency because they either limit absorption or trigger magnesium loss. Diuretics, antibiotics, and cancer medications (anti-neoplastic) can necessitate magnesium supplementation. Albany diabetics with hyperglycemia may be at risk for magnesium deficiency. Crohn’s disease, gluten sensitivity, and other intestinal disorders can cause deficiencies. As with many other nutritional deficiencies, Alameda seniors are at a greater risk.

Xocai antioxidant chocolate is the tastiest way for Alameda people to maintain healthy mineral levels. Xocai offers a variety of dark chocolate products. Omega squares, Xe energy drink, Activ, and Powerhouse cookies are just a few of the Xocai weight-loss chocolate products enjoyed by health conscious Alameda chocolate lovers.

To order Xocai, call Derrick at 801.437.5984 or send a note to 69derrickwinkel@derrickwinkel.com. When you taste Xocai chocolate, you won’t believe you are eating the most potent antioxidant available in Orinda.

Xocai Healthy Chocolate Dominates The Alameda Industry

Xocai Chocolate-A Sure Bet

McDonald’s opened their first restaurant in 1940 and their first franchised store followed in 1955. They now have over 30,000 restaurants in 199 countries.

How many people in Alameda California over the years have regretted the fact that they didn’t start a Orinda McDonald’s franchise when the company was young or buy shares when it went public in 1965?

MXI Corp, producers of Xocai antioxidant chocolate, is the industry leader in healthy chocolate. Though MXI is only a few years old, the company is financially sound, debt free, and growing robustly.

MXI’s success in Alameda California is even more remarkable when you consider the Alameda economic climate of the past few years. MXI is a direct marketing company with independent Xocai distributors in Alameda and Albany and around the world. Xocai is currently the most recognizable brand of healthy chocolate and continually receives favorable press.

I am an independent Xocai distributor in Alameda. I don’t think it’s unrealistic to believe that MXI Corp. will become as dominant in the healthy chocolate industry as McDonald’s is in the fast-food industry.

To continue the McDonald’s comparison: initially, McDonald’s did not create a new product; they sold ordinary hamburgers and fries in a new way (-the McMuffin and McRib came later). MXI has created an extraordinary new product; actually, a whole new category –antioxidant healthy chocolate.

MXI produces food and beverages that improve your health. In fact, if you have been eating Orinda burgers for the past twenty years, you really need some Xocai antioxidants!

Becoming a Canyon Xocai chocolate distributor is far easier than purchasing any kind of franchise. The start-up costs are low and you don’t need to make a significant investment in inventory. Once you get going, you won’t be crippled by overhead because you can work out of your Alameda home.

When I was introduced to Xocai chocolate in Orinda, I recognized a sure bet. If you let this Alameda business opportunity pass you by, there will come a time when you’ll kick yourself for passing it up.

Life is Better At Home In Alameda

Orinda Online Marketplace Opportunity What does it mean to have a ‘home business’ in Alameda?

Do you picture Canyon day care providers? Alameda cosmetologists who cut hair, give manicures, and do eyelash extensions in their in-home salons? How about Albany piano teachers, Alameda personal trainers, Canyon math tutors, Orinda financial planners, Canyon computer programmers and Albany writers that work at home in California?

It is not unheard of that a brilliant engineer who invents medical products does so from a Alameda home.

Think of all the advantages of running a business in your Orinda home! You don’t have to spend time and money commuting. You can write off some of your mortgage and utilities. You can save money on business clothing. You can work without constant interruptions from a co-worker who shares an office.

You don’t have to spend your life in a gray, windowless cubicle.

Network marketing is the ideal home business. Many new Canyon MLMs don’t require associates to store inventory at home. They ship from ‘warehouse to their house’ when you place an order for a customer. Your business will not take over your whole home or apartment.

My family is happier since I became a Xobiotic Squares entrepreneur in September, 2010. The online marketplace for Xocai XoBiotic Squares is virtually untapped. It is a great time to become a Xocai XoBiotic Squares distributor in Orinda.

Join my team and enjoy the home business lifestyle. I can be reached at 801.437.5984 or 69derrickwinkel@derrickwinkel.com.

Can Healthy Chocolate Help Fibromyalgia in Alameda?

Canyon Acai Berries If you are one of the many Orinda fibromyalgia sufferers, you know how difficult life can be with this debilitating condition. Extreme muscle pain and chronic fatigue are the most common physical symptoms, but sufferers also experience mental and emotional problems such as depression and problems focusing.

The following information is from the Mayo Clinic:

“Fibromyalgia occurs in about two percent of the population in the United States. Women are much more likely to develop the disorder than are men, and the risk of fibromyalgia increases with age. Fibromyalgia symptoms often begin after a physical or emotional trauma, but in many cases there appears to be no triggering event.”

Xocai healthy chocolate can help Alameda fibromyalgia sufferers by reducing inflammation, increasing energy and promoting alertness.

In 2006, a fibro patient named Mike reluctantly tried Xocai at the urging of his wife, Beverly.

“Wow…was I in for an awakening! Once I started on Xocai Activ and Nuggets, I began to notice a difference in just 4 days…that’s right, 4 days! In two weeks, I was so much better, I was talking to family, friends and work associates all the time about this great discovery I had made.

Since Mike found relief, many people in Orinda have discovered the best-tasting health supplement for fibromyalgia sufferers; Xocai antioxidant chocolate. If you have fibromyalgia symptoms and live in Canyon, Alameda, or Albany, contact me at 801.437.5984 to try Xocai dark chocolate.

As a special note, Xocai likes to remind all my friends in Orinda that these statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
